Delivery Time & Arrangement:
Delivery hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Phone confirmation will be conducted prior to the actual delivery.

1. Customers should ensure that a person is present during the agreed delivery time slot and delivery address.
2. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted; delivery services will be suspended. Customers will be contacted for re-scheduling the delivery time.
3. Hung Po Company takes no responsibility for goods left outside delivery address upon customers’ request. In addition, customers are responsible to check all goods upon arrival and provide signature on the delivery note. The signed delivery note will serve as conclusive evidence of quantity of goods delivered. No claim will be accepted afterwards.
4. Hung Po Company is not liable for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer.
5. An additional delivery fee will be charged for delivery re-scheduling made on one day before the delivery date or due to the absent of customer for receiving the order.
